Founded in 1893 our 130-year history as a cricket club is deeply entwined with the history and the community of the Hills District. As a modern club we stand by our values of ‘SPIRIT’: Sportsmanship, Positivity, Integrity, Respect, Inclusivity & Tenacity. We exist for the love of cricket and for our community.

The GDCC is committed to the development of all players, coaches and the game. As a club we strive to provide an environment and the resources to develop your skills and cricketing experience, inspire a lifelong love of cricket and create opportunities for you to enjoy a competitive standard of cricket with your mates.

Under the direction of our highly qualified Club Coach, Ian Cooper and with the support of our wonderful fleet of volunteers we deliver a well-rounded cricket program, with a focus on skill & technical development, game strategy and enjoyment for players of all skill levels and experience.
